CONTACT MAPS & DIRECTIONS KEYNOTE HOW TO ASK THE PANEL A QUESTION


All questions over the Internet are made via the Chat function within Ustream.tv.

Your question will be screened from the Chat room by the Chat Moderators.  A limited number of questions will be taken during the Panelist's discussion and presented during the Q/A session.  

 
We ask that all questions be in the following format:

 
(Your Name-Location-Panelist)-Question

 
Your Name - the name which will be presented to the Panelist

Location - your geographic location from where you are watching the Live Stream.

Panelist - the particular panelist who your question is addressed (type 'ALL' to ask a question to all panelist)

Question – your brief question regarding Network Neutrality.


Examples:

 
    * (Erik Smith-San Francisco-Tim Wu)- What is your definition of Network Neutrality?  Why is there little consensus on a single definition?

 
    * (Ruben Pineda-Chicago-ALL)- What are the social ramifications of adopting technologies that require a guaranteed Quality of Service?
 

    * (Sara Spowart-Monterey- George Ou)- Are there technical benefits in implementing an Internet2 backbone that are unavailable with existing best-effort provisioning?  If so, what are they and how does the average user benefit?
